Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Because our store operates on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model, every single item is custom-made to order. This means that as soon as you place an order, our fulfillment partners instantly begin printing your chosen design onto the blank garment or product.

Because we do not maintain a physical warehouse or keep an inventory of pre-made goods, we are unable to accept traditional returns or exchanges. Please review our policy details carefully before finalizing your purchase.

1. Strict No-Return Policy

  • Buyer’s Remorse: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds if you change your mind after your order has entered production.

  • Incorrect Sizing/Color Selection: Detailed sizing charts and material specifications are listed on every product page. It is the buyer's responsibility to review these measurements carefully before purchasing. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges if you order the wrong size, color, or design variant.

2. Exceptions: Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. While we do not accept returns for sizing errors or buyer's remorse, we will gladly replace or refund items that arrive physically damaged, materially defective, or misprinted due to a manufacturing mistake.

To file a claim for a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery:

  1. Contact our support team via email at pueblosupplyco@gmail.com.

  2. Provide your name and original Shopify Order Number.

  3. Attach clear, high-resolution photos displaying the specific defect or damage under good lighting.

Once our team verifies the production error, we will automatically submit a brand-new replacement item to be printed and shipped to you completely free of charge (or issue a full refund). You will not be required to ship the defective item back to us.

3. Shipping & Address Entry Errors

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If an order cannot be delivered due to an insufficient, incorrect, or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if a package is left unclaimed at a local post office, it will be sent back to our printing partner's facility.

Per print-on-demand fulfillment rules, these packages are automatically logged and either donated or discarded after a short holding period. We cannot offer refunds for packages lost or returned due to customer address entry errors. If you would like the order resent to a corrected address, you will be responsible for covering any additional shipping and handling fees required to resend the package.

4. Order Cancellations and Modifications

Because our automated system transfers orders directly to our print queues within hours of purchase, there is a very narrow window for modifications. If you notice an error in your order, contact us immediately. We will make every effort to halt production, but we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an item has successfully entered the print processing phase.
